Manage your subscription
Open Subscription settings to check your plan. Manage billing through the provider that handled your purchase: Paddle for web subscriptions, or Apple or Google for app-store subscriptions.
Web subscriptions
In Subscription settings, use the available controls to change your plan, update payment details, pause, restart, or cancel your subscription. The controls shown depend on your subscription status.
Before confirming a plan change, review the price, billing interval, and any immediate charge or credit shown in the billing flow. Do not assume that changing between monthly and annual billing keeps the same renewal date. Your receipt and billing confirmation are the reference for the change.
Subscriptions purchased on iPhone or iPad
Open your device’s Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and select KTool. Use Apple’s available controls to manage or cancel it. See Apple’s subscription instructions.
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play
Open Google Play with the account used for the purchase. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and select KTool. See Google Play’s subscription instructions.
Restore a mobile purchase
- Sign in to the KTool account you used for the purchase.
- Make sure your device uses the Apple or Google account that paid.
- Open KTool’s purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases.
- Check your plan again after restoration finishes.
Cancel renewal
Cancel through the provider that bills you and check its confirmation for the access end date. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. If you cannot find KTool in the store’s subscription list, check your receipt to identify the billing provider and purchasing account.

Use the offer shown in your account or app for current prices and included features. Plans can differ by purchase platform.
