Find an article in your send history
Open History to see articles and magazines you have sent. Search by title to find an older item. The list shows the date sent; it does not track what you have read on your Kindle.
Send an article again
Choose Resend beside an item, review the delivery dialog, and confirm the send. Allow time for KTool to process it and for Amazon to deliver it. Sending again can create another copy on your Kindle.
If an article never arrived, check delivery troubleshooting before repeatedly resending it.
Download an EPUB
- Choose Download beside the item.
- Select Generate EPUB in the dialog.
- Wait for the file to finish generating, then choose Download.
You can open the EPUB in a compatible reader or save it locally. History is not a permanent backup of every source file: previously uploaded documents and PDF entries cannot be downloaded or resent from this screen. A newsletter also needs its saved issue to remain available.
For an unavailable document, use your original file with Amazon's Send to Kindle. For an article, reopen the source and send it with the browser extension.
Remove a history entry
Remove deletes the record from KTool's history. It does not remove an ebook already delivered to your Kindle. Keep any download you need before removing its history entry.
